Missed a day. Now deal with it.

Missing one day is not what wrecks this. What wrecks it is what comes after — acting like you need a perfect restart date, cramming two days into one, or letting one miss become quitting. One bad day is one bad day.

Don't do these three things:

Don't lie about it. "Basically done" is not done. Thinking about it is not doing it.
Don't do catch-up math. Two rushed half-moves don't equal one clean one.
Don't collapse. One miss does not make the week shot. You don't need a new Monday.

Do this: Admit the miss. Decide if yesterday's move still makes sense now. If yes — do it cleanly. If no — win today cleanly instead. Get back to work fast. No speech required.

No Spectators
If you're not posting, you're not doing it. Reading is not doing. Planning is not doing. Proof kills pretending.

One Thing Daily
Not five. One real move with some meat on it. One clean action that actually gets done.

Proof Over Talk
Visible action. Before and after. Something another dad can look at and say — that counts.

Handle It Now
If it takes less than ten minutes, do it immediately. Tiny delays are how standards start leaking.

Carry One Forward
At the end of five days, something stays. One thing you keep because it actually moved the needle.
How You'll Screw This Up

Doing too much. You start with one drawer and end up pricing garage cabinets. Avoidance with a work belt on.

Fake progress. Moving clutter to a different pile. Researching workouts from the couch. Proximity isn't presence.

Overthinking simple moves. Turning ten minutes into a forty-minute committee meeting. Avoidance in a decent outfit.

Skipping proof. The post is the moment you stop hiding. It is not optional.
